This is a good ground floor apartment with a large terrace and with its close proximity to the pools is a real bonus. It is situated in the beautiful complex of Los Atalayones, one of the sort after complexes on Mojacar Playa.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin bedded room. The master bedroom has patio doors that leads out onto the sunny terrace as does the lounge/dining room. The terrace is equipped with patio furniture and awnings if you want to create some shade. A family bathroom with bath/shower. A fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob & oven, fridge freezer, etc.

The apartment is within 400 metres to the beach where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants. There are also 6 golf courses, horse riding centre and bowling clubs all within driving distances.

The Complex has lifts and is fully gated and in the summer has a lifeguard. There are 3 large and 3 small communal pools, beautiful gardens, toilet & changing facilities and a floodlit tennis court within the complex grounds.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Sierra Cabrera. A hot tub and laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and a patio are available in the apartment.

Great place to stay!

Located of apartment was perfect, only a short walk away from everything but still quiet around the pool areas. The ground Apartment itself was great, lovely area to sit in outside, sun or shade. Very spacious inside and has everything you needed. Also very safe and secure. Would definitely recommend and go back again ourselves.

A stress free, enjoyable break.

The whole process was easy; from being met at the property when we arrived late at night, to being allowed flexibility with our family when checking out. The location was great; being set back enough from the beach, but close enough to get there in 5 minutes. The apartment was close enough to be able to fall out of bed into the pool (not literally), which was great for a family with small children. We had a really enjoyable holiday. Thank you.

Lovely apartment

We had a wonderful 9day break here and the apartment was perfect, everything in it catered for our needs. It’s in a great location near the beach and lots of lovely restaurants too. Dean who met us at the apartment was brilliant couldn’t do enough for us, making us feel comfortable on our holiday. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Limpieza escasa

Nos hemos encontrado que el menaje estaba sucio, ropa de otros en los armarios, un calcetín usado debajo de una cómoda. No nos dejaron ni escoba ni fregona. De vasos la casa andaba escasa. Tienen un rincón con sillas y una barbacoa guardada que estaba realmente sucio. Había comida en los estantes, por lo que había hormigas. Una hamaca estaba rota. Una de las camas está mal atornillada y se mueve una barbaridad una vez estás tumbado. Solo había un rollo usado de papel higiénico. Sólo nos dieron un juego de llaves. En resumen, se podía estar, aunque tuvimos que dar un poco de repaso a la limpieza, pero por el precio y por la experiencia que tenemos con otros apartamentos alquilados, no merece lo que cuesta. Por último, les dije en varias ocasiones que mis padres tienen una casa en la misma urbanización, pero que somos muchos por eso alquilábamos un apartamento para nosotros. Es decir podríamos ser unos clientes recurrentes de año tras año, ahora sabemos que nunca más.
