Lovely apartment but no wifi

Spacious comfy apartment. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment and apartment is clean and tidy. My only improvements would be a couple more blankets or duvets as when I stayed in February it was cold and wifi.

Se puede mejorar mucho!

Estuvimos en el piso en agosto.La ubicación está muy bien justo en frente de la playa (no es de arena sino de piedrecitas hacen falta escarpines).la.cocima está bien equipada y el aire acondicionado funciona bien y se agradece. La piscina es bonita y tranquila Tuvimos un problema a la entrada(a nuestra llegará el piso no estaba limpio) que Rosa y Laila solucionaron rápidamente y siempre a lo largo de la estancia fueron muy disponibles. Sin embargo consideramos que a la casa le faltan detalles que harían la estancia más cómoda y confortable.Los sofás son muy viejos e incómodos, las sabanas necesitan ser cambiadas ya que están muy muy gastadas, la lavadora no funciona bien y está sucia por dentro (por lo cual no lava bien) y la terraza que es muy bonita necesita toldos nuevos pues están rotos. También indicar que acabamos cansados de las hormigas que aparecian en todos los lados de la casa. No conseguimos estar agusto del todo.

Piso muy acogedor y bastante completo

La ubicación del apartemento es excelente. Está muy bien cuidado y se agradece que tanto persianas como mosquiteras se encuentren en excelente estado. Tambien los ventiladores de techo en los dormitorios se agradecen para dormir en los días de calor. El trato con Rosa ha sido muy bueno en todo momento y responde muy rápido para todas las consultas. Recomendación 100%. Esperemos volver algún dia!

Een echte aanrader

De ligging is ideaal. Dicht bij zee, dicht bij de stad Mojacar, dicht bij de restaurants en terrasjes. Het appartement is liefelijk ingericht en er is een mooi terras met veel zon.

Muy acogedor con bastantes detalles, sitio tranquilo con la playa a 50 metros aunque para ir al paseo marítimo de mojacar tienes que coger coche, si buscas tranquilidad y relax es ideal

He pasado 10 días en este apartamento y he quedado encantada. El apartamento está muy limpio y tiene todo lo que se necesita. La ubicación es ideal y la piscina está fantástica para refrescarse. El entorno ya lo conocía porque he visitado Almería en otra ocasión pero he disfrutado muchísimo del cabo de gata. Sin duda volvería a repetir.

Fantastica vacanza...per la seconda volta!

Per noi è il secondo anno... L'appartamento è molto bello, curato e pulito, molto ben accessoriato e corrisponde a quanto descritto. Terrazzo molto grande, ideale per godersi colazione e cena all'aperto. Giardino e piscina incantevoli, molto ben tenuti.. si possono utilizzare per momenti di tranquillità. Adiacente c'è una spiaggia di sabbia non troppo affollata. L'appartamento è in una buona posizione, vicino ai servizi (supermercati, ristoranti,..) La proprietaria è stata molto gentile ed attenta alle nostre esigenze. Consigiamo questo appartamento...che probabilmente affitteremo anche l'anno prossimo.

Appartamento molto carino , con arredamento che ben si addice ad una casa vacanza sul mare.

È la nostra seconda vacanza presso questa proprietà, era già confortevole nella nostra precedente visita a settembre 2016 , ma quest'anno probabilmente è stata fatta ancora qualche miglioria , per esempio la rete Wi-Fi , ventilatore in cameretta dei bimbi, macchina per il caffè etc ..etc... Anche esternamente l'appartamento è stato rivisto con un nuovo colore , insomma , una sistemazione direi perfetta , ubicata in un verdissimo parco con una splendida piscina che si vede da un ampio balcone e da cui si scorge pure il mare . La casa è fresca con finestre sul fronte e retro che consentono di stare bene anche senza utilizzare l'aria condizionata comunque presente. I nostri bambini uscendo di casa possono raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi facendo meno di 50 mt in sicurezza non essendoci strade e pericoli, spiaggia che frequentiamo e di cui ci siamo innamorati per la sua bellezza e tranquillità. Probabilmente, se ci sarà posto rifaremo qui un'altra vacanza prima di affrontare l'inverno, la consigliamo ...!!!

Paz y Tranquilidad

Precioso apartamento magnificamente equipado a solo 3 minutos en coche de Garrucha.. Ideal para ir con niños pequeños, pues se puede disfrutar de la piscina comunitaria. La playa (sin apelotamientos) se encuentra a unos pocos metros. Rosa y Bárbara son muy amables y discretas. A 5 minutos tienes un Lidl y un Mercadona. Lo recomiendo de manera efusiva.

La residence se trouve sur Mojacar plage a l entree du village au rt pt ds le quartie rio abajo. C est une magnifique residence avec une piscine en forme de guitare tres appreciable a la hauteur de nos esperances. L appartement est spacieux avec 2 chambres une avec 4 lits et 1 avec 2 lits avec un ventilateur( un ventilateur ds la chambre des enfants serait appreciable car elles avaient tres chaud) le salon salle a manger avec une clim que nous avons vraiment bien apprecie. Une cuisine equipee avec un lave vaisselle. Seul le frigo est un peu vieux et aurait besoin d etre remplace. Il y a une grande terrasse tres agreable. La residence est tres bien entretenue et garnie de bougainvilles c est magnifique. Barbara est la pour nous accueillir et habite ds la residence elle est tres gentille et serviable. La residence est proche de la mer 100 m et la plage est quasi deserte prevoir des chaussures pour la mer car il n y a presque pas de sable mais la mer est chaude et propre. Mojacar plage est une petite ville tres agreable et sure les policiers surveillent en permanence on se sent en securite. Il y a de nombreux commerces lidl dia mercadonia et de nombreux restaurants. Nous avons vecu 15 jours de reve.
