It has 1 spacious hall/bedroom, plus 1 full bathroom.

My penthouse is located on the 2nd floor of the 237 mediterranean promenade, 1st line of Mojácar Beach.

It is right on top of Foster's Hollywood, and in the very center of the best 1st line beach and the Mojaquera Mega Movida !!

The beach of El Cantal and the sandy beach of the Hotel Pueblo Indalo are only 35 meters from the penthouse.

It is located right in the middle of the best discos and beach bars on the beach: Alma, Maui, Aku-Aku, Moma and Mandala !!
