The front desk staff were not readily visible, as they kept their heads down behind the counter, which made it difficult to know whether anyone was available to assist. When we arrived at 3:00 PM to check in, we were informed, rather abruptly, that check-in was at 4:00 PM and asked to return later. Additionally, the room was smaller and of lower quality than what was represented in the photos. It was not particularly clean, and overall, the experience did not feel commensurate with the price.
