침구류나 룸 컨디션은 좋았으나 체크아웃 시간이 11시인데 9시 50분쯤부터 사람이 있는데도 청소하러 문을 막 열고 들어오더니 10시 10분쯤에 또 억지로 들어오려 합니다. 불안해서 뭐 쉴 수도 없습니다. 프런트에도 직원 교육 좀 제대로 시키라고 얘기하고 나왔지만 굉장히 불쾌하더군요

호텔 객실이 새로 짓은 듯 너무 깨끗하고 침대도 적당히 하드하면서 편안했음. 객실 바닥 타일도 깨끗하고 온돌 처럼 바닥 난방이 되어서 맨발로 있어도 따스하고 쾌적했음. 스타일러스나 냉장고도 LG 새것이었고 주차장도 넉넉했음. 가족 여행으로 3일 동안 객실 2개 사용했는데 젊은 애들도 너무 만족했고 앞으로 목포 올 일 있으면 이곳만 이용하려고 함. 대만족입니다.

최근 리모델링 해서 정말 깨끗하고 TV도 크고 스타일러도 있어요. 지난 번 평화광장 옆 호텔 훨씬 비싸게 주고 갔었던게 후회될만큼 너무 좋습니다. 아이들과 방 2개 잡고 왔는데 강추입니다.
