Welcome to "309 Les Fougères" in Moliets-et-Maa! 🌞

Ideally located, my apartment will be perfect for a tourist stay with friends or family, can accommodate up to 6 people, composed of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub), a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. You will also have a BALCONY with a VIEW of the golf course.
You will have at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Parking, Shared pool, Television, Dishwasher, Elevator, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Kettle.

Discover the region and its essential places such as the Moliet Beach, the Cork Oaks Beach, the Adrenaline Park, the Sports Course, the Moliets Pond and the Huchet Current.
Various activities will be available such as surfing, bike rides, hiking, tennis, fishing and of course golf. The residence's shared SWIMMING POOL will of course be available for you to relax under the sun.
Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. You will find Vélos du Golf for your bike rentals at 9 min walking distance and a U Express and Drive at 9 min driving distance.

Moliets is a typical Landes village, festive and lively all year round. Close your eyes, you are there.... Can you see this small village square, decorated with pennants and garlands in the spirit of a guinguette? For those who are looking for small discreet corners, you can join the marked out paths starting from the fronton; the pond of Moliets and the pond of La Prade are at the end of the road. And if you like the small "built" heritage, stop at the chapel of Mâa, this preserved place will be the occasion to take a break on the road to Pichelèbe. In Moliets, people also come to play golf between forest and ocean. Golfers, beginners as well as experienced, play all year round on this 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones. And to get around during the vacations, you can leave your car and pedal on the incredible network of bicycle paths that link the golf course and the beaches, passing through the town.
