Great space in private setting

We loved the outlook onto the pine forest, the pool and space for the children and our dog to run around in the garden. The beach is a 7 minute bike-ride away. The owner was very helpful with suggestions and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. Thanks for making our holiday stress-free!

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons été ravis de profiter de cette villa pour découvrir la région. Fabrice, le propriétaire, et Houda qui nous a accueillis, ont été à tous moments aux petits soins pour que l’on se sente les bienvenus. La maison est bien au calme, face à la forêt. Jardin, piscine et maison sont très bien entretenus. Très bons conseils de la part de Fabrice pour les activités et de la part d’Houda pour les restaurants! Il y a eu de très légers désagréments (alarme incendie…) mais toujours gérés promptement et avec bienveillance et bonne humeur. Les enfants ont très envie de revenir, et nous aussi ! Merci beaucoup !!

C’était top

Super, très belle maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très soignée et très propre, avec grande piscine et grand jardin clôturé! Très tranquille, on a entendu même les vagues de l’océan, c’était si calme. Jolie balade d’une demie heure par la forêt et on arrive à la plage. Merci beaucoup Fabrice, en plus vous nous avez donné pleins de bonnes adresses et conseils. On peut que recommander cette propriété !!!

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern in dem Haus verbracht und hatten alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool ist toll und der Garten bietet viele schöne Schattenplätze. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr gut. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Idyllisch gelegenes Haus mit großem Garten in schöner Umgebung - und einem tollen Pool!

Die Beschreibung des Hauses stimmt mit der Realität überein. Es liegt in einer Ferienhausanlage mit gefühlt 30 bis 40 Häusern im gleichen Stil. Zwischen den Häusern ist aber ausreichend Platz, die Anlage ist sehr großzügig und stilvoll angelegt im Grünen angelegt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet, sogar mit einem Kamin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und nichts wirklich vermisst, außer einem Grill. Der Vermieter hat erklärt, dass wegen Waldbrandgefahr kein Kohlegrill erlaubt ist. Die Zimmer sind zum Garten hin mit bodentiefern Fenstern ausgesatttet, die man komplett öffnen kann, so dass man viel Licht im Haus hat und direkten Zugang zur Terasse und zum Pool. Der Pool ist einfach toll und durch die Holzbodenumrandung wunderschön. Ein sehr großer Garten gehört zum Grundstück auf dem sich unsere beiden Hunde austoben konnten. Der Garten grenzt an einem Wald von dem es durch einen kleinen Waldweg getrennt ist. Das Grundstück ist von einen Holzzaun umrandet. Die Einrichtung ist komplett mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine,Trockner., Backofen, Mikrowelle etc. Etwas tricky ist das Parken, man muss vor dem eigentliche Garage parken, aber wir haben das mit unserem Golf Kombi problemlos hinbekommen. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist der Vermieter, der sich sehr liebevoll und rührend im Vorfeld um die Gäste kümmert und mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Und auch während des Urlaubs nachfragt, ob man Hilfe braucht und ob alles ok ist. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Das Haus liegt ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Strand entfernt, zum Dorf sind es ebenso 10 Minuten, Dort gibt es an der Kirche einen wunderbaren Bäcker und ganz in der Nähe in der Dorfmitte (an der Tourismusinfo) einen einmalig guten Fleischer (mit kleinem Feinkostgeschäft). Alles in allem können wir das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Selbst wenn es mal regnet kann man es sich im Haus sehr gemütlich machen.

villa bien située a quelques pas du golf et des tennis. Accès aux pistes cyclables des landes depuis la résidence. face au jardin, foret des landes avec chemin et etang, tres sympa pour promener le chien. Grande piscine de 10x5 plein sud. L'accueil est fort sympathique et l'entretien jardin/piscine tout comme l’intérieur est bon. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l'an prochain.

Fünf Sterne unterm Sternenhimmel

Sommerliche Sternenhimmel gehören zu den großen Erlebnissen eines Urlaubs an der Landaiser Küste. Unser Haus( eine Woche im September 2016 ) zeichnet sich durch eine absolut ruhige Waldrandlage aus. Auf der wind- und sichtgeschützten Terrasse am Abend nur ein entferntes ( knapp 2 km ) Rauschen des Meeres und die Schreie der Käuzchen im Wald. Der gepflegte Pool hat volle Sonne, drumherum viele schattige Plätze. Das Haus selbst tipp top in Ordnung und gepflegt: drei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Betten und zwei Bädern abgetrennten Toiletten. Komplett eingerichtete, moderne Küche, einzig eine Knoblauchpresse haben wir nicht gefunden! Der weite Strand von Moliets Plage mit zahlreichen Läden, Restaurants und Unterhaltungen liegt etwa 1.5 km entfernt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war vorbildlich: Miriam, die Hausdame, war zuverlässig vor Ort nachdem wir sie vorher telefonisch verständigt hatten. Fabrice, der Eigentümer, jederzeit ( telefonisch ) erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben schon mehrere Häuser in Moliets und Umgebung gemietet. Noch nie waren wir so zufrieden. Wir wollen im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen und hoffen, dass wir dann noch zwei freie Wochen finden werden.
