Only time a person was at the front desk was in the morning during breakfast. Otherwise you had to call & wait for someone to show up. It was outdated but clean. The only ice machine was on the 1st level and was out of ice our stay.

Quiet hotel, convenient for being right off the 80. The room itself was okay… carpet was stained and the chair in the room was kind of torn up. Shower pressure wasn’t great. Could use some sprucing up but overall not terrible for the price.

4 night stay would have been okay other than have the toilet back up and overflow on day 2 at 3:30AM. This necessitated a visit to the one person front desk where all they could do for me was hand me a mop and plunger. Neither of which was useful as the plug in the sewer line gave no response to the plunging. Ended up having to move the 3 people and little dog in our party to another room in the middle of the night from a first floor room to the supposedly only available room on the 3rd floor. No compensation for our troubles was offered or given. Will never stay here again.

The carpet in our room was so dirty that I refused to let anyone walk on it without shoes on. The dresser was missing a handle, the curtains were super thin and let in a ton of light, the mirrors clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months. The door to the poor had broken glass and the pool area looked drab and less than clean. The bedding was thin and had a few greasy looking stains. I honestly felt gross staying there. I would NEVER stay again. There was no one at the counter for check in- just a phone you had to pick up. A woman answered after several rings and acted like she wasn’t sure why I’d be calling, but a nice gentleman came within a minute or two to check us in. The staff was the only redeeming quality. There are plenty of other hotels in the immediate area- go to one of them.

Our room was lovely. Clean, comfortable, just right for a short stay. Only complaint was insufficient soundproofing between floors. Guests above us came in just as we were falling asleep, about 11:15. Footsteps back and forth across the room many times sounded like it was in our room, and made it difficult to fall asleep. We would stay there again, though.☺️ Proximity to the airport and our son‘s home make it convenient.
