Très agréable séjour en famille, 15 adultes et enfants de 5 à 77 ans. La maison dispose d'un agréable jardin horizontal et ombragé. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, mais disposent toutes, sauf une, d'une salle de bain individuelle. La cuisine est trés bien équipée. Il ne nous a manqué qu'une grande cocotte minute. L'accueil a été tout à fait satisfaisant.

Splendida vacanza

Le cognarel è una casa molto accogliente pratica e super attrezzata. Le Coin è una borgata immersa nella natura e nella pace da cui partono diverse passeggiate a livelli diversi di difficoltà e diversi piccoli impianti sciistici sono disponibili nei dintorni. La casa è perfetta per condividere con un gruppo di amici una vacanza rispettando anche la voglia di ognuno di appartarsi un po' .la signora che gestisce l'immobile è gentilissima e super disponibile torneremo anche in estate per goderci gli scenary dei pascoli estivi!

Semaine ski de rando

Excellent emplacement pour une semaine de ski de rando. Une location idéale pour 6 couples, ce qui permettra d'avoir sa chambre et ses sanitaires par couple. Spacieux et cuisine très bien équipée. Procédures d'accueil et de départ simples et précises. Bref : parfait.

Ski en famille à Molines

Vaste chalet très agréable, bien équipé au calme et chaleureux. Il demande une certaine logistique à anticiper chaque matin et soir par rapport à la station de ski plus loin.

Belle surprise pour ce grand chalet atypique car ancien hôtel. 5 chambres sur 6 disposent de leur salle de bain&WC indépendant. Un luxe pour 14 personnes ! Et la garantie de passer un excellent séjour. Chalet extrêmement bien équipé, comme à la maison ! La station de ski est accessible en navette ou voiture (7min), soleil et neige au rdv. Station familiale et très agréable, même en période scolaire. Bref, c’était top !

Une grande maison agréable qui mériterait quelques réparations

La maison est très bien située, vaste et bien équipée, permettant l'autonomie de chacun. Il est dommage que la terrasse soit en très mauvais état (planches cassées, trous et balustrade branlante), qu'il n'y ait pas de table de nuit avec lampes d'appoint dans 2 des chambres et que plusieurs ampoules et néons soient défectueux, ainsi que les tiroirs de la machine à laver la vaisselle. Cet endroit mériterait un meilleur entretien pour le confort de chacun. Nous y avons cependant passé un très agréable séjour, les salles de bains attenantes à chaque chambre étant un réel confort ainsi que l'espace buanderie qui permet lavage et séchage rapide et efficace.

Au plein soleil du Queyras!

Les avantages: une excellente situation, le grand calme, une belle terrasse ombragée, 5 salles de bains pour 6 chambres, de la place. Le petit côté "vintage" n'est pas un défaut, en revanche, la cuisine est un peu exiguë pour un groupe. Lisez bien l'annonce: les "lits d'enfants" en mezzanine sont vraiment à réserver à des enfants (de 6 à 12 ans?) ou àcar le plafond est bas, notamment au niveau des escaliers/échelles.

Excellent séjour comme chaque année, nous reviendrons encore !

Mme Destremau et Mme Blanc nous ont vraiment rendu le séjour très agréable, toujours à l'écoute et disponibles pour nous aider au moindre pépin. Le chalet est vraiment au top, très bien situé, et en plus cette année un barbecue, de nouveaux canapéd et une nouvelle cuisine ont rendu le séjour encore plus agréable.

Déçus par la maison

Accès par un escalier en ciment et bois , cassé sut toutes les marches. Dangereux surtout pour des personnes âgées Il manque un WC au niveau de la salle à manger Robinetterie obsolète Écoulement des baignoires très difficile Moquette dans les chambres peu agréable et allergène Une chambre en haut avec fenêtre au ras du sol, lit encastré peu agréable.... Terrasse dangereuse car le revêtement en bois est détérioré

Super séjour pour une dizaine de Vttistes. Locaux adaptés avec suffisamment de douches, ce qui est très plaisant. Il y a de très belles descentes mais que les côtes sont dures!!
