Our village house, overlooking the Ouvèze river, is just steps from the bakery, butcher, a small grocery store, post office, and a café with a beautiful terrace.



The house features many authentic details, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living and dining area opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy the view and relax with a drink or snack. Upstairs, there is a spacious double bedroom and a smaller single bedroom.



With Mont Ventoux nearby, the region is perfect for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. Bicycles can be stored securely in the cellar beneath the house.



Mollans-sur-Ouvèze is located within the triangle of Buis-les-Baronnies, Vaison-la-Romaine, and Nyons, all famous for their Provençal markets.
