Located in Moltrasio, the Suite Panoramica in Guest House offers you an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday on Lake Como. The area reserved exclusively for guests is on the second floor and consists of about 50 sqm divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom (please note: the bathroom is inside the master bedroom and not directly accessible from both rooms), a hallway and a laundry room. This private space can accommodate up to 4 people and a cot if needed.



The common areas, shared with the owners, are on the first floor and include a fully equipped kitchen, a small living room and a balcony with a view. You can access these spaces daily from 8:00 to 23:00.



Additional comforts available in the suite: Wi-Fi with a dedicated workstation for smart working, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, video game console and a baby cot (available for an extra fee).

From the property you can admire a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Como. Public on-street parking is available free of charge. The accommodation is suitable for families with children.
