Holiday home located in Molvizar, on the Costa Tropical, province of Granada, Andalucia.

This pretty holiday home features an authentic rustic decoration, which you can find throughout the villa. Out of the three bedrooms provided in the accommodation, one with a double bed and warm/cool air-conditioning is to be found in the building facing the villa, on the other side of the private pool. Here, you will also find a covered barbeque and a bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms with warm/cool air-conditioning are located in the main building: one is provided with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. There is another bathroom with shower to be shared among the six guests that’ll stay in the main building. The roomy living area is also provided with warm/cool air-conditioning, as well as a massive fireplace, in front of which you’ll find a comfortable sofa and cosy armchairs. Behind them, there’s a big dining table, around which all the guests of the villa can sit and enjoy the delicious meals cooked in the small but completely equipped open kitchen, with which the living room shares space.

The paved outdoor area features a private pool, a few deckchairs and some parasols to shelter from the hot sun rays. A gorgeous porch offers the best place to relax and enjoy your meals.

The access to the holiday home is made possible by a paved lane.

Die Lage ist perfekt für den Besuch von Städten wie Granada, Malaga oder Sevilla. Und das Schwimmbad zum Abkühlen ist einfach erstklassig. Ich werde höchstwahrscheinlich wiederkommen

La casa está muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario y la ubicación es estupenda, con vistas a la montaña y al mar de lejos...hemos podido disfrutar de la tranquilidad que buscábamos. Los propietarios muy amables en todo momento y muy atentos, nos obsequiaron a la llegada con productos de la huerta típicos de la zona. Nos ha encantado todo. Gracias Julio por la hospitalidad.

Die Besitzer waren zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, sie präsentierten uns bei der Ankunft landestypische Produkte aus dem Garten. Wir haben alles geliebt. Ein paar Gerätschaften habe ich in der Küche vermisst z bsp einen Mixer einen normal großen Backofen und scharfe Messer:) das sind aber eher natürlich Kleinigkeiten ansonsten war alles wunderbar. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht, blitzblank und es fehlt sonst an nichts. Die Eigentümer sind sehr, sehr nett und wir haben uns ganz besonders über die zwei Gastgeschenke gefreut einen wunderbaren Kaffee und roten Wein*alles ist von hier aus sehr gut zu erreichen wir waren rundum zufrieden! Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an euch alles war sehr schön

Das Haus ist sehr schön landestypisch eingerichtet! Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Kücheneinrichtung, Geschirr usw.) Doppelbetten sind leider mit 1,40 m etwas schmal! In allen Räumen sind gut funktionierende Klimageräte vorhanden! Der Pool ist schön groß und es gibt große Sonnenschirme zum Schutz vor der Sonne! Es gibt Kinderspielgeräte nur leider ist der Spielbereich mit Steinen und nicht mit Sand ausgelegt!

From the house to the beach about 8 km as well as to the store. you drive through the plantations of cherimoi and other fruits. Unfortunately, nowhere without a car. And the experience of driving on narrow roads does not hurt. Greetings are very, very friendly! This is not the first time we have been in Andalusia and this is the tidiest house that we have met. The windows of the neighbors overlook the pool. We are grateful for your 2 weeks there. THANK!

Obwohl der Eigentümer nur spanisch spricht, ist die Verständigung überhaupt kein Problem. Mit Händen

Obwohl der Eigentümer nur spanisch spricht, ist die Verständigung überhaupt kein Problem. Mit Händen & Füßen und einem Übersetzungsprogramm geht alles. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas abseits (ca. 10km von Salobrena entfernt). Somit hat man absolut seine Ruhe. Niemand kann auf das Haus, die Veranda, den Pool etc. schauen. Man ist wirklich für sich. Dafür benötigt man aber auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen um mobil zu sein. Das Haus ist typisch spanisch und super ausgestattet. In der Küche und den Bädern ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Pool ist riesig und die Veranda lädt jeden Abend zum Verweilen ein! :-) Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hinfahren. Super nette Eigentümer! Alles war top!

Superfijn huis met prachtig uitzicht op privéterrein met een hele gastvrije eigenaar! We, 2 volwassenen met 2 jonge kinderen, hebben er een heel relaxte vakantie gehad. Klein paradijsje in de bergen en toch maar 10 min rij-afstand van stranden, supermarkten en t charmante Salobreña. Bijgebouw met zwembad en barbecue is ideaal buiten verblijf in de avonden als de kinderen in het hoofdgebouw slapen. Ideaal dus voor gezinnen die aan huis gekluisterd zijn vanwege (jonge) kinderen en toch van lange avonden willen genieten. Ook erg fijn dat zwembad omheind is als kinderen nog niet kunnen zwemmen.
