Staff are 5 star having Jennifer at front desk. Hotel is a 2 star....construction loud noise each day at 8am-5pm on my 8 days vacation. Misleading information advertising breakfast but never get no breakfast. This is a beach front hotel. No music,no activity. The 2 pools are not functional. Broken tiles everywhere..

I would rate this hotel a 2 star,but because of the friendly front desk Jennifer it would get a 3 and half star. Tight security and during my 8 days stay i have not missed nothing during cleaning..... On my first day,i was mislead or scammed as on Expedia the hotel advertised that all rooms will be service breakfast but no breakfast was service,no adjustments of payment refunded.... No activity at this beach front hotel. No music..... The pools are not functional.. Also a big issue with daily construction with loud noise from 8am to 5pm. I feel like i took a vacation to a construction site. Also broken tiles are everywhere. Thats why i give this hotel a 2 star.... But on day one this beautiful heart lady Jennifer convince me and wife to stay and we had a great vacation by by doing daily outdoor activities away from the hotel.... This was difficult but we decided to not let this bother of stay of 8 days.
