Unwind at this cozy, newly remodeled hideaway on the Kankakee river, perfect for a peaceful family getaway. Enjoy fishing, kayaking (2 provided), grilling on a Weber, and relaxing by the bonfire. This 2BR, 1BA retreat sleeps 6 with a pull-out couch. Nestled on dead end road, its one mile into town to enjoy parks, restaurants, bars, and shops. Only 50 miles from Chicago, it’s an ideal escape. Need more space? Book the Historic remodeled farmhouse down the road that sleept up to 12 more guests!

The entire home is yours!

We are available by text to our guests and in an emergency, in person.. We will not invade guest's priviacy during their stay.

2 dogs are allowed with pet fee and prior notice. Must be in a kennel when guests leave the property.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guest will receive a 50% refund for all nights
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, guest will receive 0% for all nights
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
