You will enjoy a magnificent sea view and will only have to cross the street to find yourself with your feet in the water.



Located on the 5th and penultimate floor, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and bright. It has several bay windows and its double south and west exposure will offer you sunshine from morning to evening. You will fully enjoy it thanks to a terrace that extends over the entire length and width of the accommodation.



The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, a fitted and equipped kitchen. For those travelling by car, you will have a secure garage in the basement of the residence (direct access with elevator).



The Admiral Plaza is one of the most beautiful residences in Menton: a high-end building with a concierge, located on the seafront, just steps from the Casino.



You will therefore be in the immediate vicinity of the beaches, shops and restaurants. Only a five-minute walk will be enough to reach the station connecting Menton to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Italy.

Amazing location and views

4 sisters age 52-56 stayed. Apartment is big and bright but the star is the huge wrap around deck with 4 cushioned arm chairs, a dining table & 4 chairs and a padded lounger. There were big open doors on 2 sides of the apartment giving a fresh breeze all day and night. Kitchen was well equipped and coffee maker is small nespresso pods. The La Madone boulangerie nearby haunts my dreams. That sesame seed baguette and dark chocolate dipper croissants. The street noise echos a lot in this town due to the mountains and sea flanking it- Take ear plugs. The host is attentive and caring. Communication is exceptional. You can buy water shoes and beach towels in expensively in oldtown-10 min walk.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit toller Lage.

Sehr schönes Apartment. Tolle Lage, leider etwas laut, typisch südländisch. Leider gab es keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher, ist auch nirgends vermerkt. Übergabe Schlüssel war etwas schwierig, da niemand vor Ort und Telefonnummer gab es an der Rezeption die leider nicht besetzt war und der Eingang war abgeschlossen.
