This apartment is 4 minutes walk from the sea, 6 minutes from the historic center, 10 meters from the casino square and its magnificent gardens. Several restaurants, bars and patisseries overlook this square; there is no shortage of supermarkets. The apartment is also very close to the train station and the bus station. The apartment is on two levels with a spiral staircase inside, on the first floor there is a sitting room and in another room a kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator; on the second floor there are three single beds and a bathroom with shower and bidet. Throughout the house there is air conditioning. In the living room there is a very large sofa that becomes a double bed and a pouffe that becomes a single bed. The apartment has a free parking space for guests. Being very close to the boves gardens during the Christmas period the square is furnished with magnificent lights and during the festival of lemons of allegorical floats
