The apartment is on the eastern side of Menton, in a peaceful part of town, just a 3 minute walk from the beach. Menton has been a popular resort town for over 100 years and is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town. It offers a tempting mix of history, culture, fine cuisine and pure relaxation all year round. The Plage des Sablettes Est beach is 5 minutes from the apartment.

For self-catering, the best local produce is to be found in the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (10 minutes drive, 35 minute walk).
