This charming 37 m² air-conditioned flat in La Turbie, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area, etc.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in La Turbie, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Sightseeing: Monaco, Villefranche, Nice, Tourrettes-sur-Loup and the hinterland...
