This approximately 65m² air-conditioned apartment faces south and comprises an entrance hall with storage, a spacious living room with a dining table, a 140x190cm sofa bed and TV, an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large American-style fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a conventional oven and a hob, opening onto the approximately 50m² terrace. There is one air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine. A separate toilet is also available.

Shared parking is available within the residence. Wi-Fi is included, and bed linens and towels are provided.

Ideally located a 5-minute drive from Monaco and the Olive Grove Park, with direct access from the residence to the coastal path leading to the beach (10 minutes on foot), the train station, Le Corbusier's Villa E-1027, and the tennis courts of the Monaco Country Club (40 minutes). Shops are nearby.

This seasonal rental is exclusively reserved for travelers and families for tourist stays.

The accommodation may not be rented to companies under any circumstances, nor used for housing employees, staff on assignment, or for any purpose similar to company housing.
Any reservation not complying with these conditions may be refused or canceled.
