On the ground floor: a vast living and dining area; a fully-equipped kitchen; a second living room which can be used as a third bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs: the master suite; a full bathroom with separate shower and tub, and another bedroom. Both bedrooms on the second level have independent terraces for privacy. Off the ground floor: a garden-terrace with summer kitchen; lounge chairs, and Jacuzzi, all facing the sea.

The villa is entirely air-conditioned and has high speed internet. It is also equipped with an alarm system and safe to store valuables. Private parking is available.
