The property is situated in the heart of Menton’s old town close to the Plage des Sablettes (a 3-minute walk) and the local food market (an 8-minute walk) where a glass of wine and local produce can be enjoyed.

Inside, guests will find a small living room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and. There is also a separate kitchen equipped with; a cooker hob, a microwave and a fridge.

The property is located on the Côte d\'Azur in the charming coastal town of Menton.

The property is centrally located in the Old Town with its narrow, cobbled streets and historic architecture. Guests will find amenities including; a bakery, pharmacy and a supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away. For the best local produce visitors can head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (an 8-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish and charcuteries.

The Baroque Basilica of St Michel and the Old Port are both a 3-minute walk.
