Located in the centre of Beausoleil in a Belle Epoque building at 30 Boulevard de la République 06240 BEAUSOLEIL. You can get to Monaco in 2 minutes, the Grimaldi Forum and Larvotto beach via the Moulins lift in 5 minutes. The Beausoleil carrefour city is a 3-minute walk away.
You`re also less than 10 minutes` walk from the Casino de Paris.

2mn walk from Monaco, hypercentre of Beausoleil, we do not have a parking space but a public covered and underground parking is located 1 minute (parking de la Liveration)

There are also paying spaces available in the street near by.

For your safety and the one of the other residents of the building, it is mandatory to respect the following house rules when booking my apartment:
1. Do not bring weapons, firearms, and dangerous and/or explosive equipment or products
2. Do not bring additional kitchen electronics
3. Do not bring and/or do not use gas or other flammable materials. All types of barbecues are strictly forbidden
4. Do not bring illegal substances / drugs
5. Manufacture of any kind is strictly prohibited
6. Respect quiet time from 10PM to 8am

It is a metal-secured heavy door.
To prevent noise for your neighbors, their is an automatic arm to close it softly.

Each time you leave the apartment:
please, for security, for reducing damages risk, and for just being a good green citizen, please:
- turn off the heating or air conditioner
- turn off all lights
- ensure all the windows and doors are closed
- lock the entry door with the key.

General rules:
any time during your stay in my flat, for your safety and that of the other residents of the building, it is mandatory to respect the following general house rules:
