Situated on the ground floor, this loft apartment has a bedroom on the mezzanine, a quality sofa bed, toilet and shower, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two ovens, a washing machine, a toaster, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and much more. Bathroom towels and bed linen are provided.
A 2-minute walk from Monaco, located in the center of Beausoleil, the apartment has been newly renovated.
Modern decor and bright rooms. Belle Epoque building, 3.5 meters ceiling height. A double bed & a queen-size sofa bed with a real mattress.

Each time you leave the apartment: Please, for safety reasons, to reduce the risk of damage, and simply to be a good green citizen, please: - Turn off the heater or air conditioner - Turn off all lights - Make sure all windows are closed - Lock the front door with the key. General rules: At any time during your stay in my apartment, for your safety and that of other residents in the building, it is mandatory to follow the following general rules: 1. Do not bring weapons, firearms, or dangerous and/or explosive equipment or products 2. Do not bring additional kitchen or electronic equipment 3. Do not bring and/or use gas or other flammable materials. All types of barbecues are strictly prohibited. Candles are strictly forbidden 4. Do not bring illegal substances / drugs. 5. It is strictly forbidden to drink inside the building and in the apartment, except in moderation. 6. Any kind of production is strictly prohibited. 7. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. All visitors/guests in the flat must register on the booking platform before entering the flat. in other words, be part of the reservation group.
Please close the entry door softly to prevent noise.
