To allow you to enjoy every single day of you vacations, avoid traffic jams and/or enjoy the best airfares, we allow guests to check-in and check-out every day of the week,

Check-ins are upon appointment only, between 4-8pm. Catherine or Philippe will welcome each guest in person, and introduce both the apartment and our beloved town, therefore we kindly ask that you inform them (via the website email) of your expected time of arrival as soon as possible so an appointment can be set up.

The apartment is composed of :

- a bedroom (queen size bed, 160cm) with two French windows opening onto the terrace,

- a large living room with a sofa that converts into a queen size bed (160cm). It is possible to have a folding bed (for a child/teen) 90cm.

To allow our vacationers to travel light, linen, shower towels and beach towels & dish towels are provided. Cleaning fees (apt & linens) will be asked upon your arrival so fees & taxes are not added on this amount . 2026 fare: €150 (cash only)

- a shower room (with washing machine and a small freezer),

- an equipped kitchen (oven , dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fridge),

- a separate toilet,

- a large terrasse facing the sea and the beach.

From the living room, you will have the choice between the balcony and the terrace which both have a magnificent view of the beach;

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning so your nights can be of the desired temperature.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor (1 floor above ground/street level) of a residence from the beginning of the 19th century, with a magnificent original elevator. The residence is located in the historic district of Menton with its colorful houses. About 100 meters away are the Cocteau Museum and the Old Market of Menton where you will find all the fresh products you need: meat & fish, fruit & vegetables, breads & cheeses as well as various local products (barbajuan, olives, etc.) . The city center with its convenience stores, banks and various shops is not much further;

Nice Côte d´Azur Airport is 25 km away. Connections (express shuttle, train from Nice city center, taxis) are frequent. The express shuttle stop (bus 110) is called enton Menton Casino ’and is only around 200 meters away, the train station is around 15 minutes on foot and taxis will drop you off of course in front of the residence. For holidaymakers who come by car, there is the possibility of renting a parking space at the ‘parking des Sablettes’, which is about 150 meters from the residence.

The region is rich in visits and Menton is a privileged location to see them all: Nice (about 1 hour by car / bus or 30 minutes by train); Monaco (15 minutes by bus, 8 minutes by train); Cannes (1 hour by car); San Remo in Italy (30mn by car or 20mn by train)… and the no less famous neighboring villages: Sospel, Gorbio, Eze village… for which there are many buses.
