Our delightful apartment faces the Mediterranean Sea, offering you a spectacular view
for your holiday.

With a pebble beach directly across the street, and a sandy beach a few yards down, you are still only a 10-minute walk from the center of Menton.

You are a few minutes away from shops, beaches, sailing clubs, restaurants, the Casino, public transportation to other cities including Monaco and Nice, and of course, the famed Casino.

Our apartment is on the 4 th floor of our elevator-equipped building. Smoking is not
permitted for the enjoyment and health of everyone.


As you relax on the terrace with your drinks, wine and cheese, you will hear the waves and see the turquoise sea, making quite special memories.

The apartment can host 4 guests.


SLEEPING AREAS
The bedroom sleeps 2, and faces north, with a view
of the Palais Carnoles. The queen-sized bed is new.
The air-conditioned allows restful sleep during hot summer nights.

The living room includes a convertible sofa, also queen-sized, for 2 people.
Bed linen is provided.


KITCHEN
The kitchen opens onto the living room, allowing you to enjoy the view of the sea. It is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster.

A washing machine is next to the kitchen.


BATHROOM
The bathroom has a large Italian shower. Bath towels are provided as well as beach
towels.

The W.C. (toilet) is separate from the bathroom, as is usual in European apartments.


CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Catherine and Philippe welcome you any day of the week upon appointment only, between 5 pm and 8 pm. There is no key box or key locker. They will take the time to present the apartment, the neighborhood . We kindly ask that you respect this time frame. Late arrivals are subject to approval and may require late arrival fees.

Check-out is also allowed any day of the week so you can enjoy better air fare and
avoid Saturday traffic jams. You are not limited to the classic Saturday to Saturday holiday.

FEES
Professional cleaning fees (linen and end-of-stay) are to be paid upon arrival. This helps
you to avoid higher fees if paid through the website.
2026 Fare: 130 euros (French bank only or cash)


MISCELLANEOUS
- The Carnoles train station is about 500 meters away.
- The bus stops at 20 meters.
- Public parking is available around the building or across the street.
- A supermarket, a convenience store, a bakery, a bank, and an outdoor market are close
by. You can find fresh local produce and numerous restaurants in the area as well.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
