For your seminars, holidays or sporting events, this 2-room apartment of 30m2 located near the Monegasque border, will be the ideal pied-à-terre for your stay. Functional and with everything you need including a swimming pool and air conditioning, the apartment can accommodate 2 people. You will have a bedroom area with a bed, a renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a terrace for dining outside.

The We Conciergerie team is here to help you throughout your stay from Monday to Sunday between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Residence a little set back from the town of Beausoleil on the border of Monaco. There is a mini-market near the apartment. Paid parking spaces nearby and possibly blue spaces for parking your vehicle. Buses take you to Monaco.

You will have access to the entire apartment. Please note that the area is a little out of the way, so walking up and down to the city center of Monaco can be difficult for people with reduced mobility or people who have difficulty moving.

There is no washing machine in the apartment but a laundry room in the basement of the building

The swimming pool is open in spring and summer

A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small shampoos and soaps, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trash bags.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
