A sunny penthouse in the heart of Menton, this 9th-floor apartment (with lift) is a 3-minute walk from the Promenade du Soleil, Menton’s elegant seafront and the Plage du Borrigo beach. It is a peaceful retreat for friends or family who want to explore this popular resort town on the Cote d’Azur throughout the year.

The apartment sleeps 4 people and, thanks to its position on the 9th floor, enjoys panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Menton and the hills that surround the town. The open-plan living space is full of light with two French windows, which open onto the elegant balcony, running along both sides of the apartment. The sitting area is furnished with two armchairs and a flat-screen TV. Next to this is a dining table. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar and is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine

Glass doors in the dining area lead directly onto the private balcony. Here guests can enjoy meals al fresco thanks to a dining table and chairs. There is also a sun lounger for guests to soak up the sunshine.

The bedroom, with doors out onto the balcony, has a double bed and a fold-down bunk bed,(150 cm long) plus a wardrobe.
