Herzlich willkommen in unserer idyllischen Ferienwohnung im Herzen des Monferrato, wir befinden uns in Monastero Bormida nah der Stadt Acqui Terme, umgeben von sanften Hügeln und ruhiger Natur. Ideal für vier Personen, bietet unser Domizil entspannten Komfort und alles, was Sie für eine erholsame Auszeit brauchen. Die ca. 60 m² große Wohnung verfügt über WLAN, einen Fernseher und einen stufenfreien Innenbereich.
Ausstattung und Atmosphäre
Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder sorgen für Privatsphäre und Komfort. Ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl stehen bei Bedarf bereit.
Eine gemütliche, voll ausgestattete Küche mit offenem Wohnbereich lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Verweilen ein. Filterkaffeemaschine und Espressokocher sorgen für den perfekten Start in den Tag, und frische Kräuter aus dem Garten verfeinern Ihre Gerichte.
Ein malerischer Innenhof mit überdachtem Sitzplatz, Sonnenliegen und Grillmöglichkeiten, perfekt für sonnige Tage und laue Abende. Eine Außendusche bietet Erfrischung nach dem Schwimmen.
Ruhige Lage, ideal zum Abschalten nach Aktivitäten wie Wandern, Radfahren oder Motorradtouren. Fahrräder können sicher im gemeinsamen Fahrradabstellraum untergebracht werden.
Entspannen am Pool, lesen in der warmen Sonne. Gleichzeitig sportlich aktiv: Bocciabahn, Kleinfeldtennisplatz und eine Dartscheibe dürfen gern genutzt werden.

Wir selbst bewohnen ein Haus auf dem Gelände. Casa Greta besteht aus zwei Ferienwohnungen und seit 2025 gibt es ein Apartment mit 2 Zimmern und einem Bad. Es bietet Platz für 4-5 Personen. Dieses Apartment kann zu den Wohnungen dazu gebucht werden. Maximal gibt es auf Casa Greta Platz für 10-11 Personen.
In unserer großen Gartenanlage gibt es einen Salzwasserpool mit Sonnenliegen. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Gelände steht zur Verfügung. Ein Hund ist nach Absprache gegen Gebühr willkommen.
