Welcome to our coastal home apartment! This lovingly and modern furnished holiday apartment (53 square meters, 2 guests) is located in a semi-detached house with separate entrance.  The ground floor has a living and dining are with modern fitted kitchen, a dining table with chairs and a sofa, modern. Flat-screen TV and radio. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge. From the living area leads out to the terrace with garden furniture and in the community garden.  The upstairs bedroom has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps. A cot and high chair are available for on request. The beautiful bathroom has a window, shower, toilet and a washstand.  On arrival the beds are of course already covered with linen. Towels Please bring along.

The peninsula is a UNESCO biosphere reserve Southeast Rügen. The apartment complex consists of 3 separate built in reprimand typical style terraced houses 3 bedrooms, 6 guests, for a total of 7 modern holiday apartments (max.. T. with fireplace). Each unit has a private terrace and a separate apartment entrance. The apartments offer excellent living comfort both in summer and in winter. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich und für 2Personen mit Hund auch groß genug. Die Anbindung zum Strand ist auch super. Weswegen wir uns für diesen Ort entschieden hatten ist allerdings nicht eingetreten. Im Netz wird der Bereich Mönchgut als Böllerfrei bezeichnet wegen der Natuschutzgebiete und den vielen Reetdach Häusern was aber keinesfalls zutrifft. Auch hier wurde recht heftig geböllert. Alles in allem ein schöner Ort für den Sommer aber zu Silvester kein ruhiges Plätzchen.
