On the upper floors are 2 balconies, 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds and a study with a desk and a box-spring sofa bed for 2 persons. The living area has a fireplace, large flat screen TV with sound bar and Blu Ray player, a large dining table for 8 people and an open kitchen with very good amenities. From the dining table on the ground floor and the bedrooms upstairs with a balcony you look into the spacious garden. The villa is equipped with a total of 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with sauna, shower and toilet. On the upper floors there are three more bathrooms - one of them with additional bathtub. From the large bathroom on the upper floor you have a view of the Baltic Sea. The nearby sandy beach can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes.
