Went to restaurant at 5pm, no vacancy for walk ins , reservation only . Ordered room service, kids burgers sad/bad, fries only like warm. Dip was excellent. Took ages to arrive. Beware, pet friendly only if you stay with pet at all times, found out after going to a show, had a call, threatened to call animal control unless I came back to look after him.

No upgrade offered with Gold Status, Room assigned was directly across from elevator - was woken up both mornings with due to the noise. Buffet Breakfast in restaurant at 9am was not great - scrambled eggs had been sitting there for a significant amount of time and were rubber, potatoes were soggy due to the steam bath they had been sitting in, bacon looked like it had been cooked in a giant pot and again sitting there for at least an hour. Lots of areas to improve however the staff did not charge me as I didn’t eat it and offered to have the kitchen cook something fresh- I declined as it didn’t appear a lot of care went into the buffet. Aside from these issues, property was well maintained, room was clean and modern, tv was excellent and air temp was controllable and responsive. Staff we all excellent - steam room, pool and hot tub were fantastic. No chicken wings on the room service menu which was a little odd - opted to order UberEats instead. Will potentially consider staying here again on future visits this year.
