The recently renovated holiday apartment "Via Verdi 14" is located in Mondolfo and overlooks the sea. The 300 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, 3 bedrooms, one of which has a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside as well as air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fireplace, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.
