The residence is located in the heart of the town, very convenient for reaching the beach and as a starting point for pleasant walks and excursions in the surrounding areas. The apartments, fully furnished and functionally designed, have all the comforts necessary for a comfortable holiday.

The structure is divided into three buildings:
-Casa Giada is located in the characteristic historic center, about 50/100 m from the sea. The apartments are located in a typical Ligurian building, renovated, with reception, free wi-fi (excluding the two-room apartment for 4 people), lift.

-La Casa dei Marinai is located in a pedestrian area, near the church of Santa Croce, in the eastern village, just 50 m from the sea.

-The fishermen's house, typically Ligurian, is located in the western village about 30 m from the sea.
 




This studio, spanning 28 square meters, accommodates up to four individuals with its sleeping arrangements that include one double bed and one single bed. The room boasts various amenities for convenience and accessibility, such as closed-captioned TV, a grab bar in the shower, and tile flooring. The bathroom is equipped with a bidet, hairdryer, and a private shower. The bedroom features climate-controlled air conditioning, heating, and entertainment options like a flat-screen TV. For those with infants, free cots are available. The kitchenette is well-appointed with a coffee/tea maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, a full-sized fridge/freezer, and a stovetop. Additionally, guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during their stay.
