Bloß nicht!

Die Wohnung ist nicht für die Vermietung außerhalb der Saison geeignet. Vom Bett aus kann man durch die Ritzen im Mauerwerk nach draußen sehen. Fenster und Türen sind einfach verglast und völlig verzogen, so dass man sie nur mit Gewalt öffnen kann.Wenn man die Dusche betätigt, kommt ein übler Geruch aus dem Abfluss und das Wasser läuft nicht ab. Die Wohnung hat eine neue Küchenzeile, eine Klimaanlage und neue Sanitäranlagen. Der Rest des Mobiliars ist mindestens 50 Jahre alt. Es gibt keine Nachttische oder Leselampen im Schlafzimmer. Die Schränke sind sehr alt und teilweise verschmutzt. Im Schlafzimmerschrank befand sich alte Wäsche und der Mülleimer in der Küche war voller Schmutz. In der Wohnung isst man an einem Campingtisch mit Terrassenstühlen. Der Fernseher hatte keinen Empfange. Es gibt 80 Stufen vom Parkplatz bis zur Wohnung.Novasol ist der Meinung, dass die genannten Mängel kein Grund für eine frühere Abreise oder Entschädigung sind. Uns wurde geraten, die stinkende Dusche und den verstopften Abfluss selbst zu reinigen.Die einzige Lösung ist, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.

Wunderschöne Meeressicht

Trotz anfänglichem Stress, weil die Buchung bei der Person, die die Schlüsselübergabe machte, nicht angekommen war, hatten wir wunderschöne Ferien. Die Leute waren sehr nett und entgegengekommend. Auch bei Regenwetter haben wir die Wohnung mit Meerespanorama genossen. Zum Wandern direkt vom Appartement aus ist es nur gegen Moneglia geeignet. Mit dem Auto durch die Tunnels, ist es etwas umständlich. Es hat aber auch seinen Reiz.
