A rare two-storey stone house right on the seaside of amazing Karavostasi near Monemvasia, is the ideal choice for unique vacations!
It accommodates 6 guests in 2 bedrooms & an open-air attic (perfect for kids). Its huge front veranda offers unlimmited sea view and space for dinner parties or sunbathing.
It has 3 A/C in the living areas, and a fire place for the winter days.
The house has 2 bathrooms and an extra outdoor shower - which is a fun choice after swimming for adults and kids!

The verandas of the house are two. The back one ideal for the brekfast time as it has shade during the morning and the big front one, half covered with a pergola for shade, ideal for sunbathing, lunch and dinner parties.
As the access to the sea right in front of the house is from the rocks, we have a platform from where you can enter the sea so easily!

As the residence has an internal staircase, it is not recommended for children under 5 years old.

The Location
A sundy beach with 2 taverns and beach bar is less than 5 minutes away on foot (300 m)!
The village of Plytra is 1,5 km away (a wonderful walk by the sea) and you can find all you need including supermarket, playground, grocery's, taverns, cafes and an organised beach.
Monemavsia is only 30 minutes away and just an hour away is Kyparissi, Elafonissos, Gythio and Dyros Caves.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
