Main level offers living room with TV, large windows offering a view of the lake. The kitchen (w/Keurig and auto-drip coffeemaker) and dining area, plus a bedroom and bathroom (tub/shower combo) area also on the main level.
Lower level has a family room with large flatscreen TV & twin bed. There's also a bedroom with 2 full size beds and a bathroom (shower).
Gradual slope leads nice stationary dock with electricity and lights. Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use.
Lakeside fire-pit, canoe and kayak available for use.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
