Melhor estadia de Mongaguá

Fomos em 12 pessoas da família entre adultos e crianças , a casa suportou perfeitamente todos em camas individuais , muito bem localizada , não se tira o carro da garagem para absolutamente nada...Sr José muito atencioso sempre disposto a ajudar em qualquer momento. Super indico e concerteza retornaremos para mais um final de semana.

Carnaval 2023 em Mongaguá

residência muito boa de fácil acesso, infraestrutura boa, próxima a mercados, farmácia, bancos e lazer, (praia, rio, feira de artesanatos, a 3 quadras, parque de diversões em alta temporada também a 3 quadras). Ficamos hospedados em 10 pessoas, mas comporta 15 pessoas, casa com piscina, churrasqueira, mesa de bilhar. Parabéns, Sr. José, anfitrião do imóvel.

A casa é maravilhosa pegamos dias de chuva , acho que é a maior prova que uma casa de praia pode passar ,porque toda opção era ficar dentro de casa e ficamos completamente a vontade e aconchegados , Wi-Fi disponível o tempo todo, televisão de qualidade, sala espaçosa dava pra ficar todos reunidos. A casa muito espaçosa, nas fotos não dá para ter uma dimensão exata, a casa superou todas as expectativas minha e toda minha família. Apesar de ser próxima do centro é muito tranquilo e o barulho dos pássaros e o por do sol valem muito a pena. Expectativa x realidade

Casa precisa de melhorias. Na área externa possui pisos quebrados próximo ao tanque de roupas que provocam acidentes. Casa não dispõe de ventiladores nos quartos , o único ventilador na sala é muito barulhento não há como manter ligado, tv volume muito baixo sem controle funcionando, colchões em estado de conservação ruins, janelas sem vidros, apenas um banheiro com um chuveiro funcionando muito precariamente , fogão nem todas as bocas funcionam , utensílios escassos. O ponto positivo são os proprietários atenciosos .
