Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers for rent this single-storey, 70 m² house with mountain views which can accommodate up to 3 people and is located in the commune of Monieux. It comprises a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 60 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises :
- A 45 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, combination microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with three single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine and plancha.

- A 50 m² private terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Monieux, in a very pleasant environment. You can take advantage of all the shops 8 km away.
