Een studio geboekt omdat ik dacht dat we niet veel aanwezig zouden zijn(zoon 14, hond en ik) Helaas was het weer niet zo goed, dus we hadden beter wat ruimers kunnen boeken.... De volgende keer maar doen....Leuke omgeving, genoeg te doen, mooi en rustig park met een heerlijk zwembad... Kinderen kunnen zich prima vermaken met pingpong en badminton. Erg leuk zijn de gym oefeningen op de borden in het park. Vriendelijke mensen bij de receptie. Wij komen graag terug.

Kurzurlaub in Moniga del Garda

Der Check-In würde uns zwischen 15 und 19 Uhr bestätigt, als wir um 18:30 Uhr eingetroffen sind, war die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt... Der Anrufbeantworter sagte, dass diese zwischen 09:00 und 13:00 besetzt sei... Erstmal ein komischer Start, denn wir dachten, dass wir im Auto übernachten müssten... Nachdem wir uns durch gefragt hatten, hatte uns ein netter Gast an den Swimmingpool geführt und uns gezeigt, dass dort die Schlüssel "hinterlegt" werden... Beim Checkout würde behauptet, dass wir nicht bezahlt hätten, was natürlich nicht der Fall war, denn wir hätten den Buchungsvorgang nicht ohne Zahlung abschließen können... Das war wirklich suboptimal.

Sehr nette Anlage

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. 70er Jahre Charme aber voll in Ordnung. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Leider war die Wih Ing etwas dunkel aber es gibt ja Lichtschalter. Die Anlage ist toll gestaltet, Kinderspielplatz, Volleyballfeld, schöner Pool mit Pool Bar. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe und eine sehr gute Pizzeria. Einziger Minuspunkt, die Wege an den See sind kompliziert und gut versteckt. Es gibt leider auch keinen direkten Weg, eher Naturweg, das ist etwas schade, aber ansonsten kann man diese Anlage sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Verschmutze Unterkunft, Personal/Bar unfreundlich

Wir waren als kleine Familie mit Hund im App 20. Das Licht in der Küche / Wohnbereich war spartanisch, zum kochen selbst kein Licht.Das Geschirr vom Vermieter völlig dreckig,so wie auch der gesamte Fußboden.Der Balkon war groß mit Bestuhlung aber durch den Lärm der täglichen Party Veranstaltung erst nach ca 22uhr nutzbar. Wir mussten alle Putzmittel selbst kaufen,Müllbeutel,Spüli usw,selbst Klopapier!!!!!! Nicht mal ein Lappen war zu finden.Im sogannten Besen und wischer für den Boden,hatten sich sämtliche Tiere ihr Neues Zuhause eingerichtet. Keinerlei Grundausstattung wie Salz,Zucker oder ähnliches war da,das gibt es bei vielen anderen immer.Die Matratzen waren durch gelegen und das Bett voller Haare. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich war total durchgessen und dreckig,was man mit einer Decke versuchte zu verdecken. Wir saßen dann auf Holzstühle aus dem küchenbereich. Zur Rezeption: als wir ankamen,war niemand vor Ort an der Bar und niemand konnte uns helfen wo wir den Schlüssel bekommen.Die zweite Rezeption ,einmal quer durch das ganze Areal ( ca.10min zu Fuß)schickte mich wieder weg,konnten mir auch nicht helfen seihen für Villa Barbara nicht zuständig ,nur Englischen Sprechen.Durch Zufall kam dann eine dortige Urlauberin,sie sagte dann das die Schlüssel für neue Urlauber einfach an der Bar hängen und alles weitere dann am nächsten Tag an der Bar geregelt wird. Der Pool war sauber,aber kaum nutzbar,eigentlich offen von 8.30uhr bis 20uhr. Aber da der Poolreiniger und Gärtner täglich erst gegen 10uhr fertig war konnte man vorher nicht rein.Abends ist dann 19 Uhr der Pool Bereich geschlossen worden,da man ja die Party Animation die 20uhr beginnt vorbereiten muss. Am Abreisetag, muss man dann Schlüssel an der Bar abgeben,aber seine Rechnung und Kaution bekommt man dann an der anderen Rezeption zurück( die ja eigentlich nicht zuständig ist) Insgesamt: Der Ort hat nichts besonderes,Die Anlage sauber,der Spielplatz für Kinder am Gelände völlig veraltet, teilweise hundkot auf Wiesen, der Müllbereich stinkt keine tägliche Leerung. Wer dort Erholung oder ähnliches sucht ist dort völlig falsch!!! Wir kommen wieder an der Lago aber nicht in diese Anlage.
