"Solo. Checked in by a young very abrupt all-business type female, who made it clear she was doing me a favor by being there. First thing she said was ‘Last name?’ No greeting at all. Hallway was not vacuumed, room was very dated with a minimum of thought given to aesthetics, and NO PLUGS AT ALL for a cellphone. Yes, could have used an adapter, but almost all rooms have multiple USB plugs these days, so hadn’t brought one. Just spent 2 1/2 mos traveling across the country, never had to use an adapter that I recall. Bathroom had a huge, poorly mended wall hole left unpainted. Apparently toilet had been moved at some point, wall was damaged, patched and called it done. Carpeting was visibly discolored from years of use and no deep cleaning. Breakfast was as per usual, bacon, eggs, pancakes, cereal. The only redeeming factor here. If you can, go elsewhere."
