Masseria Profilo is an old rural house set within a large park, in the countryside of Monopoli, a landscape surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and defined by the typical dry white-stone walls. It consists of two distinct but adjacent units: the 18th century historic residence and an annex which was originally a stable, both restored through splendid renovation that highlights the typical details of Apulian buildings, such as the typical white stone. Masseria Profilo is surrounded by lush vegetation and by an expanse of olive and almond trees. Its location is ideal for those who wish to explore the real Apulia, visiting the most characteristic places such as Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Ostuni or the splendid historic town centre of Monopoli, with the castle of Charles V, lying on the crystal clear sea and its many churches . The closest beaches are the characteristic coves of Monopoli, an alternation of sandy and rocky beaches that frame the crystalline sea: it is worth taking a dip in the typical Cala di Porta Vecchia where, from the sea, you will be able to admire the walls of the historic centre and the bell tower of the Cathedral.

Interior:
The property consists of two adjacent units. UNIT 1. On two floors. The entrance opens into an area communicating with two single bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, one with shower and the other with shower and tub, and, finally, with a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The floor is completed by the dining room with fireplace, open on two sides and communicating with the kitchen; both rooms have direct access to the courtyard through French windows. A steep, 10-step staircase leads to the upper floor with a double bedroom (featuring a low stone barrel vault with a maximum height of 190 cm) with ensuite bathroom with shower. UNIT 2. On one floor only, it consists of a sitting room and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. Partial air conditioning (in two double bedrooms in twin bedroom and in the hallway where the two single bedrooms are located).
Park:
Masseria Profilo is located in a large green park in the heart of the Monopoli countryside. The external areas of the Masseria are a triumph of colours: the typical paving with chianche, the vine-covered canopies and the stone barbecue are the protagonists in this picture enriched by multicoloured flowers and plants of Mediterranean scrub. The furnished outdoor dining area is just outside the kitchen French window. The 300 m lane represents an oasis of peace where you can walk on and enjoy all the scents of the wild plants while strolling under the shade of the trees. On one side of the building, there is a shower with both cold and hot water. Past the entrance gate leading into the property is a parking area.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The exclusive-use pool is just a few steps from the villa's entrances. Infinity, rectangular design (3.5 x 7 m, depth 1.40 m); PVC-lined, Roman steps, and stone perimeter paving; internal and external lighting, cold-water shower; solarium with gazebo and sun loungers; chlorine-based sanitation system; open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
