Villa de Bellis is a typical cottage dating back to the 1920s located in one of the most suggestive places in the city of Monopoli: lido Santo Stefano.
Through a gate, you enter the avenue that leads to the villa, equipped with private internal parking. The main entrance of the house gives access to the large living room with high vaulted ceilings and original cement tile floors, one is immediately enraptured by the front French window from which one can see the sea; here there are a large table with chairs, and a comfortable sofa, all around the bedrooms. The house can accommodate up to 12 guests, with 4 double bedrooms and two bedrooms with single beds, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Kitchen equipped with every comfort. The outdoor livable area develops on the sea side, furnished with a table and chairs and an area with sofas, from here you can admire incredible sunsets in total tranquillity. The property is completely fenced off, however there is a passage easement connecting the parking area of this property to the adjacent villa, which remains open. In addition, Villa de Bellis has a gate with access to the cliff. The closest beach is Lido di Santo Stefano, a very characteristic place due to its namesake castle overlooking the sea. The center of Monopoli is only 2 km away, here you will find large supermarkets and pharmacies, but also numerous small restaurants in the lively historic center and much more. Polignano a Mare, Fasano, Alberobello, Castellana caves and other places of interest are also not far away. 

Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
