It is far about 350 meters from the main square of Monopoli and 600 meters from its downtown. About 1200 meters from the house there is the amazing city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia. The house is perfect for a couple, but it can accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and washing machine.

The house consists of a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette with 4 electric plates, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and a table with chairs. A staircase leads to the upper floor with barrel vaults, where there are a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
