LOI20 – Apt Maestrale is a ground floor apartment located in a recently built condominium in a houses complex far from the historical center, about 2km away from the center of Monopoli. The accommodation has a living room with sofa bed and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, reserved parking space, cooling floor with ducted dehumidifier and Wi-Fi. Outside there is a large external area for the private use of guests and an external area common to the residential complex. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families and those who have a car and are looking for comfortable, new and functional accommodation for their holiday.



The condominium has a large common outdoor area where there is a children\'s play area and reserved parking spaces. LOI20 – Apt Maestrale is an apartment located on the ground floor.

The entrance gate of the apartment leads to the large private veranda for the exclusive use of guests equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners and a storage room with washing machine.

The house consists of a large living room equipped with a double sofa bed and kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and table with chairs.

A corridor leads to the sleeping area where we find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms with shower.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The description about location in Expedia was completely inaccurate. The description said this apartment was a short walk to restaurants, beaches, and shops. The closest restaurant, shop, and beach, however, was at least 30 minutes away. The apartment was very hot and we were not in control of the temperature. We reached out to the host to fix this and they kept telling us it was at the correct temperature. However, at night it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. I have never booked an apartment that I wasn’t in control of the air conditioning so this was strange. There are no cleaning supplies or laundry detergent provided, you must buy on your own.
