It features a living room with a kitchenette and a fireplace, two bedrooms (one with a single bed and the other with two double beds), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. Electric heating is provided. The 750 m² enclosed garden (not fully fenced – please be aware of dogs prone to escaping) includes a covered terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a swing. Linens and firewood are included. Towels are available for €4 per person per change, and bed linen for €9 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €45. Heating consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day is charged at €0.18 per additional kWh. Pets are welcome for a supplement of €9 per day per pet (maximum one pet). In the heart of the Périgord Noir and the Bessède Forest, near Belvès, a medieval town with seven bell towers, listed among the 'Most Beautiful Villages of France', this stone cottage sits amidst meadows and woods, with marked hiking trails just 300 meters away. Its location is perfectly suited for cultural or nature-filled holidays, such as visits to castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, etc.), walks through fortified towns (Villefranche-du-Périgord, Domme, Fonroque, Lalinde, Molières, etc.), barge trips on the Dordogne River, visits to gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, etc.), and visits to prehistoric sites in the Vézère Valley (40 km away, the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art in Montignac).
