Our cows produce primo sale, caciocavallo, ricotta, and mozzarella, all used in restaurant dishes and wood-fired pizzas, together with our extra virgin olive oil. You’ll also find cured meats, desserts, and jams, all homemade by our chef. From June 20 to September 15, an outdoor pool is available for true relaxation.
