The hotel manager was rude and not understanding at all. the sink spewed water out all over my clothes every time I used it they didn’t have refrigeration in the rooms I know it’s not a necessity but there was barely any complimentary breakfast choices… it was just cereal and muffins or a danish.overall if you looking to just get some rest for the night this is the place not for a visit and stay

We arrive to check in around 11pm. I go inside, and ring and it takes forever for someone to finally come to check me in. I had to ring the bell several times. Next, we get to the room, which is supposed to be a mini suite, and we walk in and the “living room” area is completely missing any type of seating. All that’s there is a small table with a lamp on it where the couch would normally be and a tv on the wall across from it. We walk a little further in, and the lamp next to the bed is missing a bulb and the lamp shade is knocked down around the base. The next morning, we go to get breakfast. Prior to booking the room, I checked the site to be sure they at least had a waffle maker in their breakfast, which it stated it did. However, when we get to breakfast, all that’s there is a few stale bagels and stale cereal, and a sign that says to watch out for the waffle maker that doesn’t actually exist! Another lady walked in and asked the attendants (who were in the back just watching tv) about where the breakfast was and they told her that was the breakfast. The lady was pretty irate, and I felt the same way. While the bed itself was rather comfortable, nothing else about the hotel was worth anything! Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

Upon arrival at 1:54pm the attendant told me i had to wait a few minutes. The reason i remembered the time is because i knew check in was at 2pm. So i was okay with waiting until 2. But she tells me 2:30 or later because they were short of staff. So i had to leave and come back. We needed to use the restroom but it was out of order downstairs.
