We were visiting family in the Monroe-West Monroe area for Memorial weekend. After not being able to secure hotel rooms at a reasonable rate, my daughter-in-law suggested a rental. I’ll have to say, we really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was immaculately clean and well stocked. It rained all weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors as much as we would have liked, but the grounds are large with many areas of seating. The fishing pier was a big hit as well as the fire pit. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. And with nine of us, we never ran out of hot water, which is always a plus. As for our host, I don’t believe you could find a nicer, more accommodating person. Communications were quick and so helpful. We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.
