Charming 2/1 Centrally located and close to ULM! Pet Friendly!

This 2/1 is located near everything in Monroe! Close to Antique Alley, St Francis, ULM. (all about 3 miles). Also near lots of great restaurants and shopping.
This is a really cozy 1950's cottage and I've kept a lot of the original charm. There is covered parking and a fully fenced in backyard for your pet. No extra pet fees.
The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'd need to cook meals. I provide coffee and snacks for all guests. For the babies/infants, there is a new pack and play.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to University of Louisiana at Monroe. Laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and a washer are available in the vacation home.

Super cozy little House

We stayed a week. It was easily accessible, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood felt safe. The front porch was a treat in the morning to watch the birds and squirrels.
