Near Woodbury Outlets

Room was adequate. Breakfast was all items requiring no cooking: yogurt, bread ( toaster available ), cold cereal, oatmeal ( must be microwaved in your room ), apples, butter, peanut butter, coffee, tea, milk, and juice. There were no hangars in the room, nor a laundry bag to use for our dirty clothes. I picked up a Wi-Fi network, but was unable to connect to it. You might need to be near the check-in area. If you just need a cheap place to stay, and don't care about the glitz, this is the place for you.

Never Again

Reasons why I won't stay here again: 1. AC was broken in our room and when I called the front desk, they reluctantly moved us to another room, but gave an attitude in the process. 2. There was thick layer of dust in different sections of our room. 3. The complimentary breakfast was out of milk and it was just toast and cereal. I'm not expecting that much, but a muffin wouldn't be awful. 4. There were four people in our room. Two towels were given. I went down to the front desk to ask for more and they said they'd get right on it. Nope. Overall, this was not a good experience. This was not worth $100 a night. 5.

Harriman Experience

Great staff and location. Had 2 rooms but one of them had missing light bulbs and there were none at the front desk for replacement. Drinks and food machines didn't work. Good sleep ànd nice breakfast.

Value hotel with great location, but not clean

For the price there's not much expectation as we can imagine. What makes this one stands out is the location, it's REAL close to the Woodbury Premium Outlet mall. Driving is like 1-2 mins. It's perfect if you are shoppers and need a place to rest your leg in between. The downside is the cleaniness of the hotel. One of the bed sheet smell so bad, and carpet floor seems a bit dirty (not too bad, but not satisfied). Some towels need replacement as they are darker than "white" color already. It's not that they are not clean, but they are just old....

Great location but lousy wifi

Location is excellent, just a 2 minutes drive to Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. Room is decent enough for a 1 night stay. However, wifi is really unstable and is as good as non-existent when many people are using it.

Nearby to Woodbury Premium Outlet

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Plenty of parking space near to rooms to transport our luggages easily. Room has basic amenities but was a comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend this to shoppers looking for accommodation near the Woodbury premium outlet.

Clean, Nice Staff, Good Stay!

The room I stayed in (only for a night) was very spacious and clean. The beds are big and comfy. The hotel is located very close to Woodbury Commons. It's a great location if you want to maximize your shopping time at Woodbury. Would recommend this for a quick stay!

it was conveniently located

the door to the bathroom apparently had been replaced recently. it was trimmed so the bottom dragged on the carpet leaving rolled up pieces of the doors core material on the carpet every time the door was opened. this tells me that both maintainance and management personel have poor attitudes. overall cleanliness was marginal. say in the corners of the room.
